Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

By using SlotsFunky.com you agree to the terms set out below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What SlotsFunky Is

SlotsFunky is an independent casino and slot review site operated by Trends Media. We publish editorial content, reviews, ratings, and player tools. We do not operate a casino, accept bets, or process financial transactions of any kind.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older — or the legal gambling age in your country, whichever is higher — to use this site. By using the site, you confirm you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to check whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before acting on anything you read here.

Nature of Content

Everything on SlotsFunky is for informational purposes. Nothing here constitutes financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome. Casino and bonus details change frequently — always verify current terms directly with the operator before depositing or playing. Review scores and ratings reflect our assessment at the time of publication and are updated on a rolling basis.

Affiliate Links

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register at a casino via one of these links, we may earn a commission. This doesn’t affect the price you pay or the terms you receive. Affiliate relationships don’t influence our editorial scores or recommendations — see our Editorial Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, ratings, tools, and data — is the property of Trends Media and is protected by copyright. You may quote or reference content with attribution and a link to the source. You may not reproduce, scrape, or commercially exploit content without written permission.

Third-Party Links

We link to third-party sites including casino operators and support organisations. We have no control over those sites and accept no responsibility for their content, terms, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trends Media is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or any third-party site linked from it, including financial losses from gambling.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
